Even with the best-conceived system, there is a learning curve.  As well there is always a need for bidirectional feedback. Our IT staff can be contacted at 204 962 8063 to troubleshoot issues as they arise and we will make ourselves available 3 times per week for online tutorial support.

The electronic Performance Feedback (ePF) module captures your deliverables using

• (a) your commonCV XML export,
• (b) your PMIDs and
• (c) information contributed by your collaborators.

This minimizes the need to do

• (d) directly input data.

The system smartly remembers your previous years' responses and automatically sifts through your deliverables to insert pertinent deliverables into your annual report for you. When properly managed most users find that their annual ePF already contains ~ 80% of the current year's required reporting information before they even start. The idea is that each year's ePF is really just a reediting of the last. You don't have to start from scratch. You just add what happened or changed in the last year. Our reporting tools render this information into PDF output so that you can share your information with your department.
