Description

We are pleased to offer you this course in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS).

Because our courses fill up quickly, please submit your registration form, indicating your second choice of date and whether you wish to be on the cancellation list.

REGISTRATION FEE:
Provider Course - $1200.00
Refresher Course - $700.00

Please download attached application form for more information.

Note: We do not normally accept out-of province applications (with the exception of north-western Ontario); however, if a spot becomes available one month prior to the course, we may be able to accommodate. Please call the office at 204-787-2394 for more information.
